AloEx Green Club Membership Terms and Conditions

The AloEx Green Club Membership Terms and Conditions (the "Terms of Service") is an agreement between Nasema Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and the Customer who is registered as a member of the AloEx Green Club (the "Member/ Person").

Membership Subscription

  • Registration for AloEx Green Club membership requires accurate and up-to-date personal information. When there is a change in such information. The Company will handle personal information in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
  • To verify the accuracy of the information. After registering a member for the first time. You will receive 1 e-mail with a link to verify your identity in order to place an order on the AloEx website.
  • For subscribers under the age of 15, the Company has the right to request the guardian who has the authority to act on behalf of the minor to sign or consent to the additional membership consent letter.
  • You can join AloEx Green Club free of charge and reserve the right to apply for 1 membership per account only.
  • You can request to change or amend the membership information you specified when registering at our customer service.
  • You agree and accept the terms and conditions of membership in force at the time of registration for the Platform in all channels and include the terms and conditions to be changed or amended in the future.
  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or revoke your membership of the Website immediately without prior notice. Know or detect that you have provided false information in registration or have committed inappropriate acts; Not legal. contrary to public morals or have reasonable grounds to believe that you are using the website with dishonest intent;

Earning Points

  • You can earn points immediately after joining AloEx Green Club.
  • For every purchase of 25 baht, you will receive 1 reward point. The reward points you earn will be in accordance with each promotion or marketing policy of the Company.
  • Point calculation Points earned will be calculated based on net payment only. Decimal fractions left over from the calculation are not combined with other payments and cannot be redeemed for reward points.
  • Points will be accumulated and displayed in the system after you confirm the receipt or within 7 days after the delivery is successful.
  • This AloEx Green Club privilege is valid for purchasing AloEx products through AloEx's official channels only, such as Facebook, LINE, TWITTER, Instagram or website.
  • Points expire on December 31 of each year and cannot be carried over or used for the following year. You can check your reward points at
  • Points cannot be exchanged or changed for cash and cannot be transferred to other members.
  • The Company has the right to determine, change and/or cancel the accumulated points rate without prior notice or specifying any reasons.

Point Redemption

  • Members who have sufficient accumulated points and are eligible according to the conditions specified by the Company will be able to change/redeem Reward points can be a discount instead of cash or prizes. The list of rewards and redemption conditions as specified in the AloEx Green Club Member Benefits Eligibility section is set out.
  • Once redeemed. Your Points accumulated in the Member Account will be deducted according to the number of Points used for redemption as stated in the redemption of the Reward in force at the time of redemption. Points earned the first time will be deducted accordingly.
  • Redemption must be made on or before the same day as the expiry date of the Points. Unused expired accumulated points (if any) will be automatically deducted from the member's loyalty account on December 31 of each year.
  • Redemption will be granted to the member who requested the redemption first, respectively. Once the redemption request has been made, it cannot be revoked, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Product redemptions cannot be selected in color or size.
  • Redeeming reward points for cash discounts Can be used as a discount on any purchase of AloEx products, not exceeding 5% of the order amount.

  • The Company has the right to set and change the prizes as specified in the terms and conditions relating to redemption/receiving of rewards. This includes changes to the points used to redeem rewards. without prior notice or any reason.


  • You can cancel your AloEx Green Club membership by contacting customer service and requesting to cancel your membership. The company will take 3 working days to process due to the deletion or destruction process. If it takes more than 3 working days, the Company will notify the members prior to the specified period.
  • If you have an order in progress You may cancel your membership after the order has been placed and you have received it.
  • Such termination of membership will result in immediate termination of your existing Points, and the Company shall be deemed to have no obligation, debt or obligation to pay you any compensation from the existing Points, and you shall not be able to claim any rights from the Company.
  • If fraud, fraud or any illegal act is detected, the Company will cancel the membership without prior notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to apply for new membership to members who have been terminated in Article 4.
